We are available daily by telephone during office hours and answer all social, administrative or legal questions by e-mail in all three official languages. The beneficiaries of this counselling appreciate our interdisciplinary approach, our intercultural sensitivity and our knowledge of the functioning of international child protection in different countries of primary concern to them.
